At Prestige, we aim to ensure you receive the right products in excellent condition. Due to the size and weight of our inventory—and the high cost of freight shipping—we generally do not accept returns.
Inspecting Your Shipment
If your order ships via LTL or another freight service, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all materials before signing the delivery receipt. This includes:
Checking for visible damage to packaging or product
Confirming that the correct items and quantities were delivered
Do not sign for damaged freight. If damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Signing without noting issues may waive your ability to file a freight claim.
Exceptions – STOCKED ITEM / QUICK SHIPPING
Some products labeled “STOCKED ITEM / QUICK SHIPPING” may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Payment Processing Fees and Refund Amounts
When a refund is approved, Prestige issues the refund back to the original payment method whenever possible.
Customer-initiated returns or cancellations: If you request a cancellation after placing the order, or you return an item for reasons not caused by Prestige, your refund may be reduced as follows:
- Credit Card Orders: Any credit card processing fee charged at checkout is non-refundable.
- ACH Direct Debit Orders: Prestige may deduct up to the ACH processing fee charged to us (typically up to $5) from the refund amount.
Prestige-initiated cancellations or Prestige error: If Prestige cancels an order (including for verification or fraud prevention), cannot fulfill the order, or the refund is due to a Prestige error (for example: wrong item shipped, incorrect shipment, or other confirmed mistake), Prestige will provide a full refund of the amount paid and will not deduct processing fees.
Shipping charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Prestige error or a verified shipping issue.
Order Accuracy
If we ship the wrong item or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 3 business days. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Final Sale
All other sales are final. Due to the cost and complexity of freight logistics, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on most items.
