Description

This pre-assembled modular guard booth is designed for fast deployment as a security booth, guard station, entry checkpoint, or small modular office. The office just needs to be offloaded, anchored, and tied into a main power source, and it is ready for use!

Each booth arrives mounted on a 2” X 2” powder-coated steel base and includes four (4) 8’ tall walls made of either 24 gauge smooth steel (non-HVAC option) or 26 gauge stucco-embossed steel (HVAC option) with an R-9 polystyrene core, a 3” aluminum laminated insulated roof, two (2) fixed windows and one (1) slider window both with ¼” tempered glass, a load center, one (1) duplex outlet, one (1) light fixture and switch, one (1) half glass door with lever set, hinges, threshold, and sweep, one (1) full width counter, and an optional thru-wall HVAC unit.

Freight note: Guard booths ship heat shrink wrapped and mounted to steel tubes to facilitate forklift offloading on site by others. A flat guard booth freight charge applies per unit.
