Steel King’s SK2000 Teardrop Step Beams are built for unmatched strength, safety, and long-term performance in demanding warehouse environments. These beams are formed from high-strength American-made steel with a minimum 55,000 PSI yield strength, ensuring high load-bearing capacity. The closed-tube construction provides superior rigidity and impact resistance compared to other designs, while full vertical fillet welds deliver exceptional structural integrity.

Each beam features a multi-rivet connection that offers 26% more strength than standard 2-rivet designs. The patented auto-engaging safety clips eliminate the need for tools during installation, making it fast, secure, and compliant with RMI safety standards. Beams are typically adjustable in 2” increments and include a 1-5/8″ step to support wire decking and pallet supports (sold separately).

Our standard inventory is finished in Poppy Orange, using a durable, electrostatically applied powder coating that is:

94% more resistant to chips and scratches
150% more resistant to chemicals
