The new Chattanooga Lookouts stadium at Erlanger Park represents an exciting new chapter for baseball in Chattanooga, and Prestige was proud to contribute to a project that will serve the organization for years to come.

Prestige worked with the Chattanooga Lookouts on the design and installation of locker rooms in the new stadium, helping create organized, durable spaces for players and staff. The project included 104 phenolic stadium lockers installed throughout the Home Room, Visitors Room, and Managers Rooms, giving the facility a clean, professional locker room setup built for daily use.

Each locker was designed with both function and appearance in mind. The lockers feature a stadium seat, safety box, coat rod, and nameplate, while also following the team color scheme to support a cohesive look throughout the locker rooms. The lockers were manufactured by PSISC, Partition Systems International of South Carolina, and installed by Prestige’s internal team under a tight timeline to help ensure the project was completed without issue ahead of Opening Day.

Supporting a Meaningful Project in Chattanooga

For Prestige, this project carried special significance because it was part of a major development in the company’s hometown. As a full-service storage & material handling company located in East Chattanooga, Prestige works on projects across a variety of environments, but the opportunity to contribute to the new Chattanooga Lookouts stadium was especially meaningful.

Helping complete the new locker rooms at Erlanger Park was about more than installing lockers. It was about supporting a new facility that will serve the team, staff, and organization for years to come while playing a small part in an important project for Chattanooga.

A Piece of Chattanooga Baseball History

While the locker room project was ongoing, long-time Prestige employee, Mike Mahoney, shared a 1923 Chattanooga baseball token that was connected to the city’s baseball past. Mike had found the token while metal detecting in the Chattanooga area. Based on historical records, the token likely served as a pocket schedule and promotional keepsake for local fans, referenced Chattanooga’s home schedule in the Southern Association, and bore the name of T. H. Payne Company, a long-standing Chattanooga business.

That history made the token feel like more than a collectible. It felt like something that belonged with the Chattanooga Lookouts and deserved a place in the new stadium.

Connecting the New Stadium to Chattanooga’s Past

The token presentation added another layer to an already meaningful project. While the new stadium at Erlanger Park represents the future of baseball in Chattanooga, the token offered a reminder that the city’s connection to the game runs deep.

Presented alongside a photo of the completed locker room, the token display recognized both a piece of Chattanooga baseball history and Prestige’s role in helping bring part of the new stadium to life. The plaque also noted that Prestige was proud to work with the Lookouts on the design and installation of the new locker rooms and to play a part in the new stadium here in Chattanooga.

The completed locker rooms are now part of the daily rhythm of the new stadium, supporting the players, managers, and staff who bring Chattanooga baseball to life each season.
